Although born and raised in Richmond, VA, Wendy Smith is a long-time resident of the area and has been in real estate for several years.  She and her daughter, Rebecca, live in Bracey. 

Wendy has been a weekend visitor to Kerr Lake and Lake Gaston since she can remember.  Her grandmother and grandfather operated a campground & floating marina/restaurant at Palmer's Point.  Her father, Woo Daves, is a professional bass fisherman and the 2000 Bassmaster World Champion.  She spent her youth traveling across the United States from one fishing tournament to the next with her family.  Wendy says Lake Gaston & Kerr Lake are two of the best bass lakes in the country.

She is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute - Real Estate agents earn the nationally recognized GRI designation after successfully completing a rigorous program of course work covering various areas of real estate.  The topics include valuation, law, finance, real estate investment, taxation, ethics, construction and land use.  That's why you need a GRI working for you, so your interests will be truly served.  Wendy is also a broker in both NC & VA.
