Tommy is a native of Henrico County, VA and grew up in Richmond, VA.  He worked for Virginia Power for 34 years, mostly in the electric distribution area where he worked with builders and developers on both new residential and commercial projects and upgrades.  Although most of his career was in Richmond, he did spend 3 years in Manteo, NC and 6 years in South Hill as District Manager for the Southside District of Virginia Power.  It was in that job that I met so many friends and became convinced that when I retired from the power company I would move back to South Hill.

His wife of 35 years, Hope Turner Zincone, was born and raised in Chase City.  The couple have 3 children.  Scott is a policeman in South Hill and married to Ashleigh Horne Zincone.  They have 2 children.  Eric, their second child, is married and resides in Richmond.  Angie, their youngest, lives in Richmond with her husband, Charles "Buck" Calhoun, formerly of South Hill.

Tommy says, "I really love South Hill, Southside, VA and all of its people and very much look forward to helping people with their real estate needs."
